The attorneys at Seabaugh & Sepulvado provide fully integrated representation for their clients across a range of legal fields. In addition to oil and gas matters, our attorneys also practice in the areas of family law, successions and estate planning, and collections. A multi-faceted practice allows us to draw on each other’s experiences and expertise to improve representation of our clients. We represent individuals, corporations and insurance companies at the Federal and State levels throughout Louisiana.

Mr. Seabaugh focuses on insurance defense, commercial litigation, contracts, property, real estate and family law. He has tried numerous Federal and State Court jury and bench trials throughout Louisiana. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Sepulvado specializes in property, real estate, successions and oil and gas law. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and has handled oil and gas, property and real estate issues throughout Northwest Louisiana.
